The open North Sea at dusk: the sun has sunk behind a fog bank on the horizon, tinting clouds and water copper, while the foreground lies as a dark, calm sheet of water.

App studio · Heiligenhaus, Germany

We build islands.

MOJM is an app studio. Five apps of our own, each with its own name, its own address and its own point of view. Need one? We’ll build yours too.

Built native. No data for sale. Family-run.

The archipelago

Five islands. One sea.

Every app stands on its own: its own name, its own colour, its own domain. What connects them lies below the waterline – the same workshop, the same rules.

  1. Island 01 Racqt Club & coaching software for tennis
  2. Island 02 warfta Mail app for the Mac
  3. Island 03 Tackbook Notebook for Mac, iPad and iPhone
  4. Island 04 Cavvy macOS app for coding agents
  5. Island 05 Autoreverse Side project · audiobooks, music, podcasts
  • Native

Every app is built for its platform. No website in a wrapper.

  • No ad profiles

We don’t sell data, rent out audiences or build advertising profiles.

  • Honest status

Live means live, waitlist means waitlist. We name dates once we can keep them.

  • Their own address

What an app does and costs lives on its own domain. This is where we tell you why it exists.

A complete tennis court with a net lies on wet tidal flats before the open North Sea at dusk; its pale lines glow turquoise from the ground and reflect in the film of water, surrounded by seaweed and sand ripples.

Island 01 · Club & coaching software for tennis

Racqt

Members, courts, fees, league matches and coaching on one platform – with an app for every member included.

Status: Live on iPhone, iPad & Android
  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Android
  • Web

Highlights

  • The whole club Members, SEPA fees, court booking, league matches and events in one place.
  • For coaches Students, groups, sessions, bookings and invoices.
  • Your club’s app “My club” mode shows the club’s colours and logo.
  • No commission Not even on online payments. Servers in Germany.
Why we build it

Racqt began with the search for a hitting partner and ended up in the club – where the work is spread across spreadsheets, group chats and notice boards. We build it so there’s more time left for tennis.

A dwelling mound with a single thatched house and one lit window above wet tidal flats and salt marsh, a red lighthouse beacon glimmering far off in the evening haze.

Island 02 · Mail app for the Mac

warfta

Every inbox in one, with calendar and tasks in the same window – and no server of ours in between.

Status: Waitlist open
  • macOS 26

Highlights

  • Every account Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, iCloud and any IMAP mailbox.
  • No warfta server Mail only travels between your Mac and your provider.
  • On-device AI Summaries and reply suggestions with Apple Intelligence.
  • Buy once No subscription. We’ll name the price once it’s set.
Why we build it

A warft is the raised mound that keeps houses above the tide. We build warfta for the moment the mail starts rising – and so that we never get to see it.

An island of stacked pale stone slabs like the pages of a giant book, cool blue light glowing between the layers and reflecting in the calm sea.

Island 03 · Notebook for Mac, iPad and iPhone

Tackbook

Pages and blocks, databases, daily notes and whiteboards – synced through your iCloud, no account needed.

Status: Waitlist open
  • macOS 26
  • iPadOS 26
  • iOS 26

Highlights

  • Pages of blocks Markdown shortcuts, page links, subpages. Calm as paper.
  • Databases The same rows as a table, board, cards or calendar.
  • No account No Tackbook server; sync runs through your private iCloud.
  • AI with a paper trail Claude can write along, every change marked and reversible.
Why we build it

Notes, plans and lists tend to live in several apps. Tackbook puts them on one page that belongs to you: stored locally, no account, and AI whose tracks you can see.

An island of layered red sandstone in the grey dusk; warm amber light spills from a sea cave at the waterline, like a workshop busy through the night, and reflects golden in the dark water.

Island 04 · macOS app for coding agents

Cavvy

Claude Code, Codex, opencode and Gemini CLI keep running when the window’s closed – and the sidebar shows who needs you.

Status: Coming soon
  • macOS 15+
  • Servers via SSH

Highlights

  • Agents keep running Sessions live in a background daemon, not in the window.
  • Status at a glance Who’s working, who’s waiting, who’s done – with notifications.
  • A worktree per session Parallel agents never step on each other’s files.
  • No telemetry No accounts, no usage data, no stored SSH keys.
Why we build it

Coding agents work long hours and in packs, and a terminal window is a poor home for that. Cavvy gives them one that keeps running when you close the window.

A slender lighthouse on a small rocky islet; its orange beam circles over the dark water, leaving rings like sound waves or a loop of cassette tape.

Island 05 · Side project · audiobooks, music, podcasts

Autoreverse

Apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and CarPlay, and their own server – your media library at home, not in a subscription.

Status: Apps in preparation
  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Mac
  • CarPlay
  • Your own server

Highlights

  • Your server On a NAS, a home server or a rented box. No account with us.
  • Talks only to you The apps connect to your Autoreverse server and nothing else.
  • Podcasts, fetched The server downloads subscribed episodes and keeps them.
  • Open source The server is going open source, with an open JSON API.
Why we build it

Audiobooks you bought vanish with the subscription, podcasts with the catalogue. Autoreverse is our answer, built in our spare time and open to the community.

Services

We build these for you, too.

What we learn building our own islands goes into your projects: native apps from first sketch to store listing, and AI where it actually takes work off your plate.

A modern shipyard at dusk: a slender steel hull stands on the slipway beneath a symmetrical steel gantry frame, work lights and copper evening light reflecting in the calm water.

Native app development

Your app, built like ours.

iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Android, each with the controls that feel right on that platform. With a backend where one’s needed – and without, where it isn’t.

  1. Concept & design Goals, flows and a prototype you can get your hands on early.
  2. Native development SwiftUI and Kotlin, with APIs and a data model.
  3. Launch & beyond Test builds, store submission, ongoing development.

AI consulting

From possible to useful.

We find the tasks AI can genuinely lighten, test the idea as a prototype and build it into your workflows and apps – with limits agreed up front.

  1. Spot the potential Understand the work, rank where AI fits.
  2. Try it out A small prototype with clear criteria.
  3. Make it stick Integrate it and bring the team along.

Principles

What’s yours stays yours.

No investor pressure, no business that depends on data. That leads to a few rules every island follows.

  1. No data for sale

We don’t sell data, rent out audiences or build advertising profiles. Our products pay for themselves.

  2. No server where none is needed

warfta, Tackbook, Cavvy and Autoreverse work without a server of ours that sees your content: it stays on your device, with your provider or on your own server.

  3. Where needed, in Germany

Racqt needs a server, and it’s in Germany. The warfta and Tackbook waitlists run on our own database and mail server, with no newsletter service in between.

  4. Leaving is built in

Racqt exports everything, Tackbook to Markdown and PDF, warfta to .eml and mbox. If you want to go, your data goes with you.

  5. Open where it counts

Software that runs on strangers’ home networks has to be readable. That’s why we’re opening up the Autoreverse server in full.

About MOJM

Heiligenhaus is nowhere near the sea. We build islands anyway.

MOJM is a family-run company from Heiligenhaus in the Mettmann district, just outside Düsseldorf in North Rhine-Westphalia. It started on a tennis court, looking for someone to play with. That became Racqt, our first app – and more islands followed.

No anonymous ticket system, no escalation tiers, no investor pressure: we build software we can stand behind ourselves. Write to us, and the people who build it write back.

  • Heiligenhaus, near DüsseldorfWhere we build – close enough that responsibility never gets handed off.
  • Real peopleYour message doesn’t disappear into an anonymous support machine.
  • In it for the long runWe plan products in years and look after what we start.

FAQ

Short answers.

What is MOJM?

A family-run app studio from Heiligenhaus, Germany. We build our own apps – Racqt, warfta, Tackbook, Cavvy and the side project Autoreverse – and develop apps and AI solutions for others.

Why does every app have its own website?

Because each one should stand on its own. What an app does, what it costs and when it launches lives on its own domain. Here on mojm.eu, we tell you why we build it.

Do you build apps for other companies?

Yes. We develop native apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Android, from concept to store, and advise on using AI sensibly. See App development and AI consulting.

Where does my data live?

That depends on the app. Racqt stores data on servers in Germany. warfta and Tackbook have no server of their own: mail stays with your provider and on your Mac, notes on your device and in your iCloud. Cavvy has no accounts, and with Autoreverse everything lives on your own server.

Do you sell data or show ads?

No. We don’t sell data, rent out audiences or build advertising profiles.

Is your software open source?

Not across the board. We’re publishing the server of our side project Autoreverse in full – if software runs on your home network, you should be able to read what it does. We’ll name a date once we can keep it.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Write to us in English or German, and we’ll reply in kind. Some app sites (Racqt, warfta, Tackbook, Autoreverse) are currently German only; Cavvy’s is in English.

How do I reach you?

Email kontakt@mojm.de or use the form below. We usually reply within 24 hours, and a person does the replying. For Racqt support, write to support@mojm.de.
